Higher Vibration

No matter how you feel about our current election watching the dancing in the streets all over the world something has changed. The vibratory rate is definitely asking to be more responsible on a world wide level. Each news caster is asking that we be involved in that change, do we really have a choice? Those of us who have been praying for the change for longer then we can remember we are here. It is up to us to keep the sacred as part of our every day practise! It has never been more important to meditate, pray, dance, chant, do that practise with reverence. The earth is celebrating the moment of history when we all said, "YES we can ." The new NOW has shown itself in a grand way, no-one can diminish the shaman show all over the world in the farthest places. Some-one said to me, " You must be happy about Obama, " My response is, " What I am happy about is how this has created Unity in the US and world wide. " The day of the election I was walking up my few stairs at my home in Mt Shasta the message came through loud and clear, "Everything has just changed. " Little did I realize how much, if there is anyone you need to send amends do it NOW. We can't keep keeping on with the old anger, it is time to move into that time of the sacred. I know being awake isn't a walk in the park there is much you are responsible to do within your own heart of hearts. Tell those that you love, you love them don't stop telling them often......you never know when that time comes when they will be in another reality. Many people have been experiencing grief it is a yahoo to letting go of the old pains, lives, with it comes the reality of a death of sorts, of ourselves. It is a good thing to feel those deep feelings let those tears roll, feel it in the depths of you soul, for a new day is here. On a personal level I need to make schedules of my events, which till now I was pre-occupied with our business, but the message is loud and clear to make flyers for a monthly sweat lodge, Artist Way groups, more often gatherings here in Mt Shasta. I did a reading the day of the election with a gifted soul Russy who I read for about 6 yrs ago working as a NBC news guy, it was wonderful to see him feel that connection that I knew we had and still have. When I read or do work I always wonder how they are, then when he arrived getting me caught up with his life, also respecting my work, is a big wonderful thing. I also received a beautiful email from a spiritual Minako Usui, she hoped I remembered her........how could I forget such a beautiful being. When she left my room on my purple sheets she had arranged the rose petals I used in a heart. I showed her the book I was in from Takako a famous woman who came here to write her book on her own spiritual journey. Takako blessed me with being incredibly reseptive to all the energy in the Sweat Lodge, having her crew to take pictures, recording the sounds of the fire and all that goes on in this sacred ceremony. It is time for us all to be more present more visible we have these contracts that we said we would in this NOW time. I am waiting for guidance as to how my schedule is going to be planned out. I have a feeling I will be doing a group once more in Georgia, that area is very good to me. I know the time is to keep moving, rising to the occassion. I am only to happy that mom with the gifts of the angels was able to stay and do her work more profoundly here at the store. What I have noticed she is definitely dancing with a more in depth spiritual connection with people, there is a feeling of genuine appreciation from the public on an intuitive level that they know they are gifted that she is still here to assist them in their journey. I have also noticed on a deeper level if they are not here to support this changed in a sweeter way she has completely let go of any expectations that they will get it. Being an Aries saying in a sweeter way is a huge acknowlegement of the amazing change that has occured with her near death experience.

Huntress Weekend

Wow I can't express how much in Gratitude I am for the women who came this weekend. The weather was very reflective of the challenges that are world wide. The north wind blew through with it's power, unraveling the fear and dread that was upon us. I always have more plans to do process's but this time I had to go with the flow. We were able to go on the mountain finding it was much calmer there then in town. We did an awesome sweat lodge. It is obvious the change we are the ones they are talking about especially this group of women. The energy and positive attitudes that they offered no matter what the circumstance was so powerful for me and for themselves. Even getting the buffalo from Devine Strong, a native who does ceremony for the buffalo, sweats for 3 days then uses a bow and arrow. He was suppose to drop the roast off in the morning on Friday at the store, after about 11:30, we called he had forgotten. His partner Amy said she would meet me at the Texaco Station in Grenada, who would guess there are 2 stations. I was at one, she fortunately realized that I must be at the one by the freeway. She comes with big smiles, she had been sick, I am very grateful that she delivered this ceremonial food with such sweetness and JOY. Each step of the way there was things like this but we all gathered together to pray, raise the vibration, chant, saying Patricia Robles Golden Light prayer as she is in Kent England doing the same. I used my rental which before buying the building we use to do a meditation for 3 years, Amma use to come in my meditation........So when we were going to buy the building, having challenges I would ask spirit, " Are you Sure." Then here we are 10 years later with this group in the very room where my prayers started with these awesome women. One woman was with me here ten years ago Betsy, we are once more doing the dance. I am so grateful to my spiritual life, that I have the wiliness to follow the energy no matter what. Another point of gratitude is that my Mom decided to stick around, she was asked when she was hospitalized if she wanted to go home, her answer was, "She would stay if it was right. " She prepared the ceremonial food for the Vision Quest, came and sweat with us, also did the same for these women. She runs the store while I do my spiritual work, so the long and short of it we are not done as a team. My boys are much more appreciative of her being here, they have never really thought of her not being part of their earthly lives, however when the time comes when she leaves, she will still be their guide teacher for these young men. So the weekend exposed many wonderful things. The women stayed at David's www.ShastaMountINN.com which was a very last minute thing, I was on the way of canceling when this all manifested for us. I feel extremely blessed at this very moment. I feel all the hard work has been rewarded in such a beautiful way with these wonderful gals, I am almost in disbelief but definitely thanking them in such a big gratitude way! Beyond my wildest dreams, especially Thank YOU to Anne for her love and encouragement.

Mt Shasta Wilderness Quest 2009

It is all very exciting we have people who are definitely up to doing it for the 3rd time. This is a perfect example of Kursatam planning for the coming year, setting those seeds out in the month of October!

Good Day, we are upon an odd time saying the least, what is going on with this New Age NOW? All the web pages from Patricia Robles, Pepper Lewis, Go Gratitude, and more....keep that light shining, however people are polarized. I am continuing with the Huntress weekend after much contemplation, but like dear sweet Anne said, "It would be easier to cancel." Yes to keep our focus on the light no matter what is definitely a challenge, as we see our bank accounts dwindle food prices go up. However if we didn't have access to the media via Internet would we be in this spin? On today show they talked about women are carrying the brunt of this energy 8-10 stress, I believe it. I feel we internalizing this energy when in our hearts of hearts we know we will rise but it is definitely working through every cell on most of the sensitives, with drastic cases vomiting, diarrhea, fevers, and flu like symptoms. As much of it as a challenge we must clear, so I am happy the Huntress is coming off, my program has changed as to what we will do. I feel it is important to ground this light from Mt Shasta to the universe, plus I emailed Patricia Robles who will be in Kent England doing the same. We will read her affirmations daily to ground that energy with all who are doing it. We will do a Sweat Lodge, it will be small but powerful sweet energy. I feel there are no accidents to those who will be here. I have called a few more to encourage them for the break to raise their energy. It is a time of great change which even with the current elections people are also spun. I remember the last 2 people would say well I will vote for Bush because that is the only choice I feel I have.....wow wee here we are, those especially are crying out for change. It has left people almost fighting realizing the small business's are struggling no matter what their financial back round, putting life long saving to keep them a float. I feel we did this work after opening our store, having 3 flooding, putting in the french drain, waking each time it rained. Then having our wonderful renter http://www.sereni-tea.com/ for 3 years now moving to a more visable spot to insure her business. We feel like we are once more challenged with the current times, needing that rent.....but knowing it will work out. It is the time to keep up with vitamins, excercise, meditation and what ever Artist Date you are able to pull off. I feel very blessed for those people who come in our store, I was just saying to a fellow business guy how great the people have been this summer. I am inspired every day by some kind person thanking us for being here. I also love my groups who are starting their 3 year this month, keeping keeping on, the intimate work they are doing is so amazingly powerful. This still is Kursatam naive times to sow the seeds for the next year, that is why we do the Huntress around the full moon to plant those corn seeds for the new time, new dreams no matter what......I know how hard that can be but we must. I want to work towards more light and stablity for us and the world, it is the time to manifest that NOW>

Coming into the leaves falling

I have already seen some leaves falling, which brings me to the ultimate letting go. It is that time once again understanding thinking we know, but finding out we are definitely a work in progress. It is our time to dive deep into our own trauma's just understand our own needs to need to be loved. Often in that journey we are willing to ignore those red flags, knowing if we identify them we will not have our family/friends.......being in the human experience is learning to be holy letting go of expectations moving on to the next spiritual adventure. I think sometimes those who have PH.D's in life have learned not to be immobilized by these challenges just to focus on something else. Not to say they don't experience disappointment but they have to be driven in a different sense .........I will think about that later, like these athletes in the Olympic's they just move on to their practise or challenge no matter what. I am happy to see so many women are competing in so many arena's .

I wrote this awhile ago, it is now Sept 23, one day after the start of Fall. We are experiencing so many challenges before the election the real trick is staying positive no matter what. Gathering with like minded people knowing we are letting go of old garbage, which is always a challenge. The change that is upon us can be frightening however learning from the Law of Attraction the real goal here is to focus first on Gratitude, then don't stop dreaming, if it is only to take a walk thinking about the things that give your heart juju, that in itself is raising our vibration. We have to be very diligent now in doing this for we are holding many people in our consciousness, it is not for us and our family only. The world is a different place we need to focus on healing, peace, and love. We have attempted to gather our women for the Huntress weekend to re-assure in them the positive part by being in nature, doing Sweat Lodge, and body work to clear anything that isn't for their highest good. It is difficult with the current energy to even get women to return calls that are now off in their own downward spiral. I called a beautiful gal Bridgett that I did a reading to check on her in Houston, she returned the call immediately but she came back from a huge 20+ day adventure into the highest of energy being here in Mt Shasta & at the Raw Food gathering, but her vibration is way up there. She was with people who were doing that work together. I know we can travel to the highest points if we just have the courage to gather, dance, sing, and be in the natural environment that will help heal those doubts. I feel very blessed to be in such a place. We just need prayers and a renter for our downstairs, it is a beautiful place that the Divine Amma came to me in visions, that is partly how we got this building, she was working her magic. Loving this place we will rise to the new height with ease and grace, it is our time. No matter what the news is telling us we must keep keeping on, knowing with the Grace of God/Goddess it will pass to the life is our destiny. Chant, pray, meditate, dance, being in those Holy spaces, Ashrams, Temples, Nature, Sweat Lodge........gather to the greatest of dreams.

Shows the great bunch of support, Questers and fabulous kitchen nurturer. We had Joel who is a master at building sweat lodge a bit of a quirky story teller. The odd thing was the smoke that made it almost impossible to see Mt Shasta, but everything else was as smooth as silk. Daniel and I get on in an interesting way, love doing it with him, he lets me be me and I hope I do the same for him. What I found interesting is some had not been to the Head Waters or at Panther Meadows, which is a wonder in itself.
It is a time where people are showing their true colors, as the eclipse rolls around we are clearing the unnecessary garbage in our lives once again. With this new age we thought it would be different but we are raising our vibration to new heights and those who can't hold the energy are going into a different room, we continue to hold the light for them also. It is an amazing time some things are coming so easily and effortless, help is here. I can remember doing our work in the early 80's there was fewer people who understood what is going on. We are the ones that they were talking about some of us are older then we thought we would be but still some of the younger are there with us holding the energy with enthusiasm that only the young have. It is important for them to be idealistic to maintain the change that is necessary. It is a new day which is very exciting we can't let the dark/negative let us determine our future.

Almost Summer

Many things are the same however many things are different. We have just seen gas prices soar, mother earth is burping all over the world, with all types of weather.......to remind us we are some what insignificant to her power. I also see the strength in human nature to survive with dignity. I saw The Last Emperor watching that showed how different life can be from moment to the next, as long as we don't take ourselves too seriously. Also the New Earth is the rage, showing the importance of being completely (as we can) present to our life, that is a challenge for silicon valley types, what I find fascinating they really are clueless to the tread mill life they are on. Being in their energy is perplexing while it is like a fire fly to light, on one hand I completely drawn to their energy wanting to rub up, while yet being repelled by their lack of clarity and intensity to such odd things. I have been walking daily to the Sacramento Head Waters, watching the leaves on the tree grow, day by day, it is an amazing feat of nature. One moment they look dead then sprout, then the green starts peaking out till it is almost a full leaf. I doubt if the silicon types being out in nature seeing the magic grow, but usually they are on to the next route, lunch, or some where else to go. It is really saddening when some of those have so much power to make amazing changes to our culture. I know in my heart of hearts that it is those people who have made the difference with Go Green. A friend of mine who is pretty jaded by life thinks Go Green is only a money maker, that nature isn't crying out. Interesting the human elements however I feel that it is those people who are making a difference. If they would go one step further and slow to the rhythms of possibilities, I know it will happened it is truly destiny. There is no stopping this process no matter how secure they feel in their homes or lives. Insurance in not changing ho-hum not the reality of this life and these times. I have been doing my own process here in Mt Shasta, it is exciting times as the flow is happening. We have many wonderful people who are here drawn by the mountain to be part of. The other evening we had a mixer, some of my Artist Way gals birthed Mt Shasta Women in Busniess group, we birthed it for a year. Katrina is our leader she has joined the Chamber and is now in process of being on the City Counsel. We would talk endlessly with great enthusiam as to how exciting our place is, people come from all over world to just be in the energy of our great Mountain. I see people getting the answers from this great force, either while here or when they return to their life, they receive much information of what this life is. It is a vast healer, not to say it is an easy healer, working with our own suffering and karma isn't a walk in the park. Then add to it sweat lodge, walks, Stewart Springs, and many other knock out experiences here changes our lives in such big dramatic ways. We that are fortunate to live here are blessed by immeasurable means. How can we communicate to these beings that are on the tread mill in the maze of what to do next? Just watch the leaves grow is really wonderful, enjoy each moment, expect the miracle, dance, sing, love and you will be living the life that really is the Real Deal!!!

Our Job Raising our Vibration

We are moving into the attraction of like minded people so as we raise our vibration we can only be with those of like minds. It is really important that we keep keeping on. We now in what the news is saying about the economic or global problems. We are the ones they have talked about. A friend Hiro brought a book by Sachiko Adachi, an artist that left this life very quick. She talks about the importance of raising our vibration keep it up no matter what life hands out. It is a full time job being in the flow of inspiration, listening to that inner voice, that special place of God/Goddess. We are to fully experience this life the good, bad and what ever else we draw to us. We are totally responsible for our life each experience we have drawn for our human experience breathing here in life. We roll around in all systems of the human experience often not really interpreting it for a bit, knowing we have asked for this life. Once we begin to grasp that we can only dive deeper into the depths of understanding our own soul work. It may just need to use our creative juices before we decide to leave that is what this author/artist did Sachiko Adachi she followed her own energy creating art and speaking only truth, people came to listen the more she did it the more information would come through. We know that is this truth once we have connected to source there are people who want to hear, feel and be part of the experience. It is the time to be part of this energy when I write there are no accidents we each need these experiences together. When the New Age was talked about it sounded very ethereal with harps, flowers, dancing, what we didn't realize we had to conquer the emotional soul life sharing the depth of our human experience. It really has be a journey we are here to support the clearing that needs to happen to our human life, healing the earth, doing what needs to happen. There are plenty of high teachers that here to share their energy and life with all of us, the more we can draw on these divine beings the better to mix with like souls or those who much to give.

New Moon in Aries

It definitely has been a time, coming out of Winter Solstice to Spring, New beginnings, endings, memorial of our past/self and people we need to let go of. It is a new movement often difficult to interpret what it is all about. We have lost a friend Martin, he went home a week ago, we are still recovering from the changes that go along with that. We send Katrina and his family our love and peace. We had a sweat lodge that was very reflective of the varying energy it was a conclusion to many changes that are here. We are moving into new territory really unable to grasp the depth of where we have been, plus seeing or feeling the light that is drawing us into a new time. We are doing our own memorials for that self that no longer serves us, but it is still unclear of our current self. It is as though we have all woke up from a long dream realizing that the old is just that a past life, but we are still here in a physical body. So as we move into a new clarity, some of our old friends are just that, some old friends are re-appearing, it is though we have been thrown into a new energy unable to get our equilibrium but more then understanding our contract that we said we would do this. But do what? What is the dance? What is the music? Where are we going? I get the feeling that we all will be very busy for the next 10 years working more then we could imagine no matter what our age. We have been blessed to have elders who continue to encourage us to continue to move with enthusiasm not matter what. Often not feeling the same enthusiasm only reluctance of what in the world is going on? So if you are one of these souls feeling this push pull you are not alone. More will be revealed!

Spring

Wow weeee we made it the energy definitely has changed this week.....

New MOON

Wow we have just come through the eye of the needle, from the Full Moon of Xmas Eve, Eclipses, now almost into spring we can feel the shift coming, we are still some what in the birth channel. So many people have had challenges and are rising from the Phoenix ashes, many changes on the horizon. We have had our second Quest meeting wow, Daniel Foor http://www.ancestralmedicine.org/ rocks , the group is already so connected. I am really excited about the movement of it all. We are going to start our singing before, I feel the songs while in the sweat lodge creates such profound healing from the first Chakra up through each one then out to the ether's of all. The Lodge is such a powerful place to do so much with all the natural elements, understanding the directions, it brings our healing home. I have seen many have flash backs, emotional break throughs, creativity beyond our normal realms, and visions of many things. The group energy is so profound it makes us rise to all of the changes we need to. This all reminds me of a time of the Harmonic Convergence 1987 when so many made their commitment to our spiritual life, I feel we are now in another initiation of the current time. Those who were sitting on the fence of commitment have the opportunity to make the leap of faith into the new time. Some of us have been doing our spiritual work for as long as we can remember, I was told long ago when this time came the new ones would jump on board with ease and vision. I see that happening that does not exclude us from doing our practise of meditation, chanting, walking in nature, creating some type of discipline that works for us. It is absolutely very thrilling to be alive. Things in 2008 are coming together easier, working through our own letting go, surrender, as we raise our vibration we are finding some of our friendships are shifting people we hardly know we feel like we have known for ever, ones that use to be close are just falling into another realm. Opening our Hearts to the New NOW!!

We are moving in a Grand Way it is our time, a beautiful movement to the change. We are dancing into the new year finally from the Full Moon in December till the almost Full Moon in February our journey into ourselves was huge. Those who needed to dive deeper seemed to be the ones who got that virus going around to lay and watch our thoughts & mind play tricks. Once up cleaning out our lives, moving in different way. We have the election looming in the fore front with our first woman and black man, one promising changing, another with history also promising solutions for that change. I keep hearing the trick for Democrats,
that would be something first woman and black man with focus, power, and drive. Some say that won't happen but wouldn't that be grand, getting the best of both, which seems like an easy way rather then the competition that is going on state to state. When Obama is in front yipeeeeee, then they trash Hilary, then she is in front they do another thing......why can't we just get the best for our change. It is the time for those wonders to happen. It will be an interesting change of the guards once the time is closer to the real election, by then all sorts of dirt has been thrown. Obama said he and Hilary are friends and will remain so, I wish everyone heard that. We are heading into the Full Moon/Eclipse of major change on the 20th we have had mercury playing havoc. Myself it really has been in my check book since 1/31 I have lost $800 from my checking account I have talked to everyone in card services, supervisors, a manager, finally a gal at the bank on 2-11 worked it took 4 people from card services finally one said she would take care of it. However it hasn't happened yet, I have easily spend 8 hrs on it but still no $800, it is really incredible when things like this happen, the bank can't do anything till card service. So I reported the challenge to the main person in SF, I did a survey today for our business account, I explained when handling my personal it is taking away time from my business, she put me in recording while still answering my business rating from 1-10, wild mercury. I am hoping it stops soon, plus I need that money. Do you know many people that at this time doesn't need that $800, which I have explained to at least 10 people on the phone, wheewwww mercury UNCLE! And yet other things are going great, I got my taxes done, did my re-fi, got my shopping carts started all by Valentine's I feel very positive about that with our hearts opening to a new reality, a new venerability, a new commitment to living life with joy and fun. In my groups I am so proud to be part of them so many are diving deep realizing the choices or the trauma's that have made them who they are . Healing themselves ready to move to a more dynamic time. It doesn't even matter what the new is, we know the year of the rat brings promise. We just need to keep keeping on stay out of those mind fields of fear and negative thoughts, keep our focus so we can create that special time NOW. Today Buddhist monks friends of the Dali Lama from Tibet are here in town making a Sand Mandala for the Medicine Buddha it is so beautiful of a process, started on Valentine's opening of our hearts for healing from Mt Shasta. It is healing all those aspects of ourselves that are in need of clearing, moving to our time our life no matter what our age it is time for the tides to turn, being we are the ones that they spoke about. We are here together ready to pray, chant, dance, sing, sweat, and do whatever our role is to bring change here on our planet Earth. We are here to take up our commission our contract to do our part. AHO!

February Wow.......Dive Deep

So we made it through the beginning of the year where are we NOW? Gosh I keep hearing the clearing our clutter, from our space, mind and relationship's, we are moving very deep. I think it is important to reward those changes, we have waited many life times to address many of these issues. We finally feel awake, being much more present to our destiny. We are modivated to be the best driving the boat to new awareness. No longer having those deep seeded core issues running our lives, and not knowing it. We have begun a huge process of this life, we cannot hide we are completely present. No matter how uncomfortable it may feel raising the vibratory rate which is uncomfortable to say the least. We are in uncharted areas of new awakening, it is our time. Meaning if you are reading this you are one of those souls that said you would do this. There are plenty of people that are not in this energy, it is us that are holding that high vibratory rate for the planet. In this life there are no accidents we are here for a divine purpose, we have contracted to do this which is our responsiblity to humanity. It is a great time to be here, an awakening never felt before. I read astrology to see or feel the next steps for each of us, it is the mystery of life unfolding in ways that blows our minds. We have an election, we have awareness around global warming, we have the world economic developements, with the spiritual all this can be handled in a powerful way in a divine way, it is only a thought away. We must focus on peace, light, beauty, knowing the ancestors/guides/angels are moving in dramatic ways in our lives. WE know we are doing what we need to do. We know the emotional challenges are clearing the way for the Great Awakening that we are NOW part of the great puzzle called LIFE. Once again if we are in eachothers lives there are no mistakes to the dance we are doing, lets keep it going with Great expectation it is all good. Thanks for being here!

January 2008

Wow weee we are definitely into this year with only 15 days it is a new time, meeting those challenges with great expectation, not holding back. Things have been definitely moving in a powerful way, using our voice being clear on our intention as to what it is we want. We can no longer hide our empowerment, we have to stand up to be totally authentic with who we are. It is our time. The financial is really on the paramount time we have in this election. Watching the news with all the dooms day news isn't helping our general economy, rather like the Secret speaking what on terror creates the whole thing putting the energy in what we don't want rather then what we want to achieve. It is time to focus on the Grand new NOW speaking our truth, not hiding in anyway. However sometimes listening is the most powerful thing we can do, the dance is to know the difference, when to speak when to listen. With trauma sometimes we feel we must suffer in ourselves keeping it our secret, only to find it follows us around in a base way. So those times are over, we don't want to stay in the past but until we identify the trauma we don't have access to the healing. We must stop saying it doesn't matter, experience it then we can let it go. Our society says don't do that it is your suffering you become more spiritual more evolved if you have bunches of that.......NOT it is our time to jump over say it happened I choose different in the new NOW! Having a great sense of humor helps laugh the nonsense away. Understanding what strange people we are. We have been told life is hard, we have believed that so we keep recreating those challenging positions to make is so. So with the information that is available, from Wayne Dyer, Deepak, Ester Hicks, The Secret, we have new to most of us info. It is so simple to keep moving in a positive way, using our own practises what ever that is. Conquering the mind is a challenge at first but once you get the hang of it it gets easier and easier. When I went to see Amma a few years ago she said, "Don't Worry, don't worry, " I am only now understanding that. I was so programmed to worry, first being a single parent, a built in line of worry, then opening a business, which wasn't a problem before, but having confirmation from unexpected source saying I would fail, played into my worry.........always thinking they knew something I didn't. I now realize that isn't true at all, we are where we are suppose to be with much guidance and support. Being part of the Mt Shasta spiritual community is where we belong. Starting in 1978 putting prayers down each time coming up to my final move 1998, once my boys were raised. Already being part of the greater community, then having Mt Shasta Herb & Health, a great gratitude for the power greater then us. The beginning of our ownership we were both in awe as to how this all happened. We use to meditate downstairs for 3 yrs. a Buddhist meditation, I would have visions of Amma coming in blessing the group. I didn't give it much thought till after we owned the store, she hugging us, knowing there is a great force at action. It is still really amazing to me, starting our 5 yr. with good intentions for our beautiful Gratitude towards the divine that is part of our every breathe. Many changes have occurred forcing us to do what we need to do, no laying down, how can we teach if we are not willing to do our own work? It is time for all of us, to create that NOW!

New Moon for the New Year

Hey have we been having fun? I think this time from the Full Moon till Now has definitely had its challenges. We are faced with making choices, not to accept anything that is based in the negative or dark energy. We are making grand decisions to live a more productive, powerful, and dynamic life. It is the time to move forward with great determination to create that life we want. It is also the time of unraveling some of our previous choices, to really look at that with a depth that we didn't have available till now. It is a time of moving forward to it is our time, we finally after many life times are a the place we have contracted to be here. We are the movers and shakers that are talked about in the predictions of the New Age. However we really didn't think it would be quite like this. We some how thought we would be sitting about meditating, wearing great clothes, dancing with flowers in our hair. It is NOW a time of rolling up our pant legs, getting in the trenches, much like Amma did during the Tsunami, you would see her in water helping, carrying wood what ever it took to get to the next place. We are now in that also, here in Mt Shasta we have had storms that kept us inward whether we wanted to be or not. I canceled my trip to the bay area, the first time since owning my house. It was such a huge decision, knowing that mother earth was nagging me with my own journey. Going with the flow is such a huge challenge, knowing it is the only way. I learned many things by sitting, some rather difficult, not the warm and fuzzy's one would think. It is a time to state a clearer ground more earth bound financial security. It hit me between the eyes the necessity of cleaning up anything that isn't as clear as our intentions. Clarity is the time we are living in, with clear intentions, anything is possible. It has been an intense beginning of the year, lightening up as we go. We definitely have the support of the universe, and light. We just focus on the flow and keeping it easy while remaining awake to our intentions. It is going to be a great year accomplishing much!
I just read Jonathan Cainer horoscope for the beginning of this year he says it is a roller coaster, do what is most obvious. Ok will do.....we are on the ride!

Oh my Goddess.........here we are in the new NOW with all the goodness and challenges that are upon us. We have risen to new heights however out of the birth channel it feels really odd. It doesn't feel like things have changed, but in our heart of hearts we know it will never be the same. And what in the hell does that mean, it is up for grabs? The clarity of this year is we have to move on, keep keeping on......with more determination more grounded earth energy more clarity, basically showing up. Once the spring starts sprouting we will have a better idea of our role in 2008. It is all very exciting but we have to keep our health and energy up. We once again are in a the deep process of the Winter Solstice, still inside not ready to venture out. When people move to Mt Shasta there is always this excitement, but going through the first winter, diving deeper then expected. It is always a process that involves not only ourselves but the great world energy. I remember with the Tsunami the range of grief that was available after so many souls had Exodus. Now we have had this beautiful woman assassinated, we as women on diving deep in our souls understanding her death is not in vain but understand the dark force corrupt are at work. Understanding we must be counted. It is such an important to time to be Visible in all ways we no longer have the luxury of hiding out. It is our time to stand up and say I am here in the Now! Yes in this process some relationships will change, be completed so the New now can create those alliance that perpetuates our great growth and spirituality. We are upon Holy ground, we are the Holy ones that was spoken of long ago. There are no accidents and to our tribe our group, we said we would do this. The other relationships are just falling away the way they are suppose to letting go in such big ways.Then there are other relationships that are coming in once again to continue the depth that they are longing for. For me personally these last few years have been a challenge like no other. I have been effected in such grand ways. It started in 1992 or so, faced with all sorts of lessons. It was during this Full Moon in December, when I took a fall outside the store. I flew up bouncing on the ground on my butt not seeing it coming. I went to the chiro but continued to have head aches, so then I was able to have a viewing of this time. I realized I needed a clarity on my passage into the new NOW. In the time of 1992 I had been studying with Native American philosophy's, with several different teachers. I entered into a relationship that started as a fling but then he moved to California. As I look back it was an oddity from the very beginning, but also a great blessing for many reasons. One being a greater understanding of addictions, my boys worked with him in our business which help the boys be men working in construction. There so many difficult times, being in the center of a cyclone much of the time, only now understanding some of the past life trauma's which only since having store has given me the clarity. When this started my mom and I had a beautiful beauty salon in Burlingame, looking back at such a different life. I really appreciate the beauty of the surrounding that we created then when that came to a close we went to Findhorn in 1996. It was a great completion, I also bought my house in Mt Shasta. We spent Xmas in Mt Shasta, after starting this romance with the mountain in 1978. It wasn't till 1998 that I moved permanently to my mountain, after my boys were raised. I had done a Vision Quest on my 50 moving into a more spiritual life, not really understanding what that really meant. My mom was my supporter, she had brought me into this planet called Earth and now into my later years. Well the journey has been a wild ride. So we are part of this great collective new NOW. With my fall I have given much thought to the time line that some of us made unconscious choices which only now we are understanding, now making new contracts to make the necessary changes being awake. Wow weee!
