Changes, New Plans and Dreams!

So with our current world conditions it is obvious that change is in the air. People wanting democracy new times ahead. New Zealand shake up with the earth quake, sensitive people feeling the quake coming, 2 of my clients were talking about earth quakes, not realizing they were tuning in to it but had different areas in mind. So we are finding the clearer you are the more in tune to what is happening, not a particular easy feeling. One thing that is coming up the plans that are in action so early in the year, seems like many things are birthing. It is a very important time to put these plans in movement here we are not quite into March with many plans for the year. As our vibration is raised we are on a fast track of spirituality and responsibility in our being our authentic self. In the new age the term wasn't accountability but now it is a necessary task. We have to exercise, get into a support system or group, meditate and be some what of a snob to who our team is. That is an on going theme people say to me I don't want to be a snob but there are only so many people I relate to. I say be one create that team that support your dreams. As I watched Oprah she was talking about her team and how essential it is to have those cheer leaders, plus honesty to your process. There is an amount of jealousy in all areas of life, so it is important to be with those who are in your success corner what ever that means. I am excited about my clients their process is so exciting for me to support. This week I was working with one person in between the silence from me then I would do a stream of consciousness that even surprised me. I feel very blessed and in gratitude for the process that is happening in my groups and individual sessions ........blessings and Great Gratitude for you! A HO!
Also the drive inward through this week is obvious in our town, even with the snow that is great not many people out and about. Today there is snow at ocean level all the way up the first time in 30 yrs the white rise in purity. The last time it snowed in the bay area my friend has passed I was going to her rosary that day with the beauty of white she is one of my spiritual lessons and still is thanks Jeanne Stone for your teaching you are not forgotten your life was a big impression though it was a short life!

Today we are having a gathering for Valentines. Many friends have come to celebrate. Our friends are welcoming the Angels a chain letter of sorts, plus the Angelic realm has been looming around wanting the recognition that they deserve. A friend Wanda went to get me battery's so I could use my camera. I took pictures of our new bubble machine, mine just showed the machine, she will send me her that show the bubbles.

Really a wonderful beginning of the year so much is on the horizon now with Egypt being free a great confirmation to let us know good things are happening NOW. We feel some type of stagnation but it is more like a woman who is 40 wks pregnant thinking that nothing is happening then vavoom much changes. I know some feel like their projects are on hold but I want you to know all of a sudden that dissertation will be moving, books will be progressing in a wonderful way, new thought forms will be happening. We just need to Hold on Tight! We are receiving confirmation in so many ways, it is important to keep moving exercise is the best way to handle the energy, meditation, writing in our journals, affirmations to keep us focused on the positive.

Here we are in the beginning of the year almost end of the first month of 2011. The talk since the new moon of December has been about our ancestor's and angels, each day I am aware of their presence the necessity of being honored and heard. I felt in the last month the visitation was almost ery but profound, even people I hardly know showed up to check in that their life was of value. The conversations have been ever present on our Angels their ability to help us manifest what is our hearts desires still wanting us to recognize what a divine focus they are. Today Mom received an Angel prayer to do for 5 days. Kingston came in to tell me he was told by some-one to pray to 22 Angels each day he is making his wishes know to the Angels. This was just in a couple of hours at our store.

I was driving to the bay area receiving many messages which is normal for me. I received the data of how we Daniel Foor http://www.ancesteralmedicine.org/ and I could keep our Wilderness Quest simple but once again pulling in some information about our ancestor's and power animals. Last year most of our group are continuing from previous years so for us to jumble it up a bit will be exciting and moving along with the messages of our hearts. Plus he is writing his book.

So I am grateful for the divine to once again put in motion my next step. Also so far I am going into my beloved Marble Mountains for a week this summer with some friends it has been 18 years since we trucked in together. Jan was pregnant with her now 18 yr old Eric that we will do rites of passage as he embarks on college. We will make arrangements for the horses to take in our food. This is an area where the Karuk tribe would do trainings for their medicine people. I have helped Charlie Thom do this in the past since 1989 but haven't been in since buying our store. I can honestly say with all new beginnings going into to this sacred place is a necessity for our manifestation of our next steps. I know my Mom is disappointed not to be part of the journey but even riding in horse back is a tremendously physical ride for 15 miles.

I have also registered for the half marathon in the Redwoods May 1 Plus May day is one of my favorite days to honor the Divine Mother/Beltane the Goddess.....so the energy is definitely moving for this early in the year. We are being pushed or prodded into that which is different or possibly the power of our angels and ancestor's that say hey get going don't waste a minute (Angels & ancestor's) know how not to waste a breathe or moment. Life is Life our blessings and our training ground. Now here is the jest of importance of in order to do our spiritual life work we must clear the energy with a certain drive of aerobic exercise, then doing something with more centered calm exercises. Also the importance of prayer and meditation these are also necessities in the energy that is present these days.

Jen is a poet she and I continue to keep on the similar themes also knowing with these forces miracles are upon us but we must keep our focus and surrender to the power and presence keeping our attachment at a minimum letting them do the divine. Sooooooooo this beginning of the New Year has definitely a powerful movement energy, more is on the horizon each day. I can't remember a year when so much is birthing so soon. By the 7 th of this month the first 2 months has many plans of showing up in profound ways. I feel our dreams are coming into fruition without much effort. Most people know one of my medicines is doing Vision Boards/Dream Boards 3 of my clients told me that they were working on theirs on New Year's eve so that prompted me to get mine out. What I have realized that this year it no longer works to paste and glue from the subconscious we must be very present in what we want to manifest. The ability to create miracles are very real and present, however we have to surrender and trust that the angels, guides, and ancestor's know what they are doing by making us aware of the presence. This last month ancestor's of mine and other's were making themselves very present saying you can't forget me. As we are moving into the New Year when on the winter Solstice of the 13 Grandmother's Grandmother Beatrice spoke of honoring your instruments taking good care of them. I am being guided to tell you what ever is your medicine to take care in taking care of them with greater honor and keeping them in a good place.

Now the pink rose has great meaning for me many years ago I was with my boys who were quite little we were on our way to Chef Chou's on Mother's Day. I said I wanted a pink rose meaning a rose bush then being at the intersection of San Antonio Road the man came running with a pink rose saying, " Happy Mother's Day.' This to me means the Divine is here with just a thought, plus being the Grand Divine of the Universe. I also use roses in my Sweat lodge in the water, if I have them in my yard I choose the color that most fits the theme of the lodge. If I don't have my own I buy them again focusing on the color that needs to manifest with our lodge. I also sell some Flower Essenes in our store of flowers I have a relationship with.

In closing for this year the work is staying positive, doing affirmations keep the energy rising feeling the blessings of Gratitude. Writing those Gratitude lists as often as need that is my prescription for 2011. (Also keep the excercise rolling to clear limitations or blocks, plus you will feel better physically & emotionally! AHO)

Mom's new addition!

So after Mom's loss we were on a search for a companion for her Sara(cat). It was definitely an adventure; first we went to the Medford humane society to possibly pick up Felicia but she had been adopted. We stopped of at a pub called Avalon with Sunday jamming and great food so not all was lost. The next week I was in session came out Mom asked if Mac called? I asked why then she said he would be bringing some kitten so within a few minutes we had 3 little girls running around. Well she took home this one naming her Samee'. Life is a dance to continue with each challenge rising to new beginnings continually.
