Our Job Raising our Vibration

We are moving into the attraction of like minded people so as we raise our vibration we can only be with those of like minds. It is really important that we keep keeping on. We now in what the news is saying about the economic or global problems. We are the ones they have talked about. A friend Hiro brought a book by Sachiko Adachi, an artist that left this life very quick. She talks about the importance of raising our vibration keep it up no matter what life hands out. It is a full time job being in the flow of inspiration, listening to that inner voice, that special place of God/Goddess. We are to fully experience this life the good, bad and what ever else we draw to us. We are totally responsible for our life each experience we have drawn for our human experience breathing here in life. We roll around in all systems of the human experience often not really interpreting it for a bit, knowing we have asked for this life. Once we begin to grasp that we can only dive deeper into the depths of understanding our own soul work. It may just need to use our creative juices before we decide to leave that is what this author/artist did Sachiko Adachi she followed her own energy creating art and speaking only truth, people came to listen the more she did it the more information would come through. We know that is this truth once we have connected to source there are people who want to hear, feel and be part of the experience. It is the time to be part of this energy when I write there are no accidents we each need these experiences together. When the New Age was talked about it sounded very ethereal with harps, flowers, dancing, what we didn't realize we had to conquer the emotional soul life sharing the depth of our human experience. It really has be a journey we are here to support the clearing that needs to happen to our human life, healing the earth, doing what needs to happen. There are plenty of high teachers that here to share their energy and life with all of us, the more we can draw on these divine beings the better to mix with like souls or those who much to give.

New Moon in Aries

It definitely has been a time, coming out of Winter Solstice to Spring, New beginnings, endings, memorial of our past/self and people we need to let go of. It is a new movement often difficult to interpret what it is all about. We have lost a friend Martin, he went home a week ago, we are still recovering from the changes that go along with that. We send Katrina and his family our love and peace. We had a sweat lodge that was very reflective of the varying energy it was a conclusion to many changes that are here. We are moving into new territory really unable to grasp the depth of where we have been, plus seeing or feeling the light that is drawing us into a new time. We are doing our own memorials for that self that no longer serves us, but it is still unclear of our current self. It is as though we have all woke up from a long dream realizing that the old is just that a past life, but we are still here in a physical body. So as we move into a new clarity, some of our old friends are just that, some old friends are re-appearing, it is though we have been thrown into a new energy unable to get our equilibrium but more then understanding our contract that we said we would do this. But do what? What is the dance? What is the music? Where are we going? I get the feeling that we all will be very busy for the next 10 years working more then we could imagine no matter what our age. We have been blessed to have elders who continue to encourage us to continue to move with enthusiasm not matter what. Often not feeling the same enthusiasm only reluctance of what in the world is going on? So if you are one of these souls feeling this push pull you are not alone. More will be revealed!

Wow weeee we made it the energy definitely has changed this week.....

New MOON

Wow we have just come through the eye of the needle, from the Full Moon of Xmas Eve, Eclipses, now almost into spring we can feel the shift coming, we are still some what in the birth channel. So many people have had challenges and are rising from the Phoenix ashes, many changes on the horizon. We have had our second Quest meeting wow, Daniel Foor http://www.ancestralmedicine.org/ rocks , the group is already so connected. I am really excited about the movement of it all. We are going to start our singing before, I feel the songs while in the sweat lodge creates such profound healing from the first Chakra up through each one then out to the ether's of all. The Lodge is such a powerful place to do so much with all the natural elements, understanding the directions, it brings our healing home. I have seen many have flash backs, emotional break throughs, creativity beyond our normal realms, and visions of many things. The group energy is so profound it makes us rise to all of the changes we need to. This all reminds me of a time of the Harmonic Convergence 1987 when so many made their commitment to our spiritual life, I feel we are now in another initiation of the current time. Those who were sitting on the fence of commitment have the opportunity to make the leap of faith into the new time. Some of us have been doing our spiritual work for as long as we can remember, I was told long ago when this time came the new ones would jump on board with ease and vision. I see that happening that does not exclude us from doing our practise of meditation, chanting, walking in nature, creating some type of discipline that works for us. It is absolutely very thrilling to be alive. Things in 2008 are coming together easier, working through our own letting go, surrender, as we raise our vibration we are finding some of our friendships are shifting people we hardly know we feel like we have known for ever, ones that use to be close are just falling into another realm. Opening our Hearts to the New NOW!!

We are moving in a Grand Way it is our time, a beautiful movement to the change. We are dancing into the new year finally from the Full Moon in December till the almost Full Moon in February our journey into ourselves was huge. Those who needed to dive deeper seemed to be the ones who got that virus going around to lay and watch our thoughts & mind play tricks. Once up cleaning out our lives, moving in different way. We have the election looming in the fore front with our first woman and black man, one promising changing, another with history also promising solutions for that change. I keep hearing the trick for Democrats,
that would be something first woman and black man with focus, power, and drive. Some say that won't happen but wouldn't that be grand, getting the best of both, which seems like an easy way rather then the competition that is going on state to state. When Obama is in front yipeeeeee, then they trash Hilary, then she is in front they do another thing......why can't we just get the best for our change. It is the time for those wonders to happen. It will be an interesting change of the guards once the time is closer to the real election, by then all sorts of dirt has been thrown. Obama said he and Hilary are friends and will remain so, I wish everyone heard that. We are heading into the Full Moon/Eclipse of major change on the 20th we have had mercury playing havoc. Myself it really has been in my check book since 1/31 I have lost $800 from my checking account I have talked to everyone in card services, supervisors, a manager, finally a gal at the bank on 2-11 worked it took 4 people from card services finally one said she would take care of it. However it hasn't happened yet, I have easily spend 8 hrs on it but still no $800, it is really incredible when things like this happen, the bank can't do anything till card service. So I reported the challenge to the main person in SF, I did a survey today for our business account, I explained when handling my personal it is taking away time from my business, she put me in recording while still answering my business rating from 1-10, wild mercury. I am hoping it stops soon, plus I need that money. Do you know many people that at this time doesn't need that $800, which I have explained to at least 10 people on the phone, wheewwww mercury UNCLE! And yet other things are going great, I got my taxes done, did my re-fi, got my shopping carts started all by Valentine's I feel very positive about that with our hearts opening to a new reality, a new venerability, a new commitment to living life with joy and fun. In my groups I am so proud to be part of them so many are diving deep realizing the choices or the trauma's that have made them who they are . Healing themselves ready to move to a more dynamic time. It doesn't even matter what the new is, we know the year of the rat brings promise. We just need to keep keeping on stay out of those mind fields of fear and negative thoughts, keep our focus so we can create that special time NOW. Today Buddhist monks friends of the Dali Lama from Tibet are here in town making a Sand Mandala for the Medicine Buddha it is so beautiful of a process, started on Valentine's opening of our hearts for healing from Mt Shasta. It is healing all those aspects of ourselves that are in need of clearing, moving to our time our life no matter what our age it is time for the tides to turn, being we are the ones that they spoke about. We are here together ready to pray, chant, dance, sing, sweat, and do whatever our role is to bring change here on our planet Earth. We are here to take up our commission our contract to do our part. AHO!

February Wow.......Dive Deep

So we made it through the beginning of the year where are we NOW? Gosh I keep hearing the clearing our clutter, from our space, mind and relationship's, we are moving very deep. I think it is important to reward those changes, we have waited many life times to address many of these issues. We finally feel awake, being much more present to our destiny. We are modivated to be the best driving the boat to new awareness. No longer having those deep seeded core issues running our lives, and not knowing it. We have begun a huge process of this life, we cannot hide we are completely present. No matter how uncomfortable it may feel raising the vibratory rate which is uncomfortable to say the least. We are in uncharted areas of new awakening, it is our time. Meaning if you are reading this you are one of those souls that said you would do this. There are plenty of people that are not in this energy, it is us that are holding that high vibratory rate for the planet. In this life there are no accidents we are here for a divine purpose, we have contracted to do this which is our responsiblity to humanity. It is a great time to be here, an awakening never felt before. I read astrology to see or feel the next steps for each of us, it is the mystery of life unfolding in ways that blows our minds. We have an election, we have awareness around global warming, we have the world economic developements, with the spiritual all this can be handled in a powerful way in a divine way, it is only a thought away. We must focus on peace, light, beauty, knowing the ancestors/guides/angels are moving in dramatic ways in our lives. WE know we are doing what we need to do. We know the emotional challenges are clearing the way for the Great Awakening that we are NOW part of the great puzzle called LIFE. Once again if we are in eachothers lives there are no mistakes to the dance we are doing, lets keep it going with Great expectation it is all good. Thanks for being here!

January 2008

Wow weee we are definitely into this year with only 15 days it is a new time, meeting those challenges with great expectation, not holding back. Things have been definitely moving in a powerful way, using our voice being clear on our intention as to what it is we want. We can no longer hide our empowerment, we have to stand up to be totally authentic with who we are. It is our time. The financial is really on the paramount time we have in this election. Watching the news with all the dooms day news isn't helping our general economy, rather like the Secret speaking what on terror creates the whole thing putting the energy in what we don't want rather then what we want to achieve. It is time to focus on the Grand new NOW speaking our truth, not hiding in anyway. However sometimes listening is the most powerful thing we can do, the dance is to know the difference, when to speak when to listen. With trauma sometimes we feel we must suffer in ourselves keeping it our secret, only to find it follows us around in a base way. So those times are over, we don't want to stay in the past but until we identify the trauma we don't have access to the healing. We must stop saying it doesn't matter, experience it then we can let it go. Our society says don't do that it is your suffering you become more spiritual more evolved if you have bunches of that.......NOT it is our time to jump over say it happened I choose different in the new NOW! Having a great sense of humor helps laugh the nonsense away. Understanding what strange people we are. We have been told life is hard, we have believed that so we keep recreating those challenging positions to make is so. So with the information that is available, from Wayne Dyer, Deepak, Ester Hicks, The Secret, we have new to most of us info. It is so simple to keep moving in a positive way, using our own practises what ever that is. Conquering the mind is a challenge at first but once you get the hang of it it gets easier and easier. When I went to see Amma a few years ago she said, "Don't Worry, don't worry, " I am only now understanding that. I was so programmed to worry, first being a single parent, a built in line of worry, then opening a business, which wasn't a problem before, but having confirmation from unexpected source saying I would fail, played into my worry.........always thinking they knew something I didn't. I now realize that isn't true at all, we are where we are suppose to be with much guidance and support. Being part of the Mt Shasta spiritual community is where we belong. Starting in 1978 putting prayers down each time coming up to my final move 1998, once my boys were raised. Already being part of the greater community, then having Mt Shasta Herb & Health, a great gratitude for the power greater then us. The beginning of our ownership we were both in awe as to how this all happened. We use to meditate downstairs for 3 yrs. a Buddhist meditation, I would have visions of Amma coming in blessing the group. I didn't give it much thought till after we owned the store, she hugging us, knowing there is a great force at action. It is still really amazing to me, starting our 5 yr. with good intentions for our beautiful Gratitude towards the divine that is part of our every breathe. Many changes have occurred forcing us to do what we need to do, no laying down, how can we teach if we are not willing to do our own work? It is time for all of us, to create that NOW!
